Should Louisville go ahead and look to the NIT?

Should U of L go ahead and look forward to the NIT? Its gonna take a couple of years for them to become a Big East powerhouse !

hopefully theyll forever drift into being a mediocre 15-13, seventh place Big East school
that reserves a spot in the NIT each year before the opening game tipoff.

If UL does not turn things around, they won't make it to the NIT...

They still play some pretty huge games:

Feb. 6th @ Cincinnati
Feb.18th @ Syracuse
Feb.25 @ #11 West Virginia
Mar.1st Marquette
Mar.4th @#1 UCONN

The other two games on their schedule that is winnable at best:

11th South Florida
22nd DePaul

They might as well make the hotel reservations now and get a good rate. I recommend Expedia.com.

I know it's sad, but at least I can find solace in knowing that UL sucks.

I think it is a for sure thing now that they will only make the NIT if that at the rate they are going especially after getting beat by cincinnati tonight.
