Georgetown, Ky. -May 21, 2011 - Andy Winings, a former All-SEC team member at the University of Kentucky, shot a Saturday-low 64 in the third round of the NGA/Hooters Tour’s Cherry Blossom Classic to move one shot ahead of Scott Feaster and Casey Wittenberg in the $200,000 event.
