Are there any new players or guys who may not have been big before who will come out this year and make an impact?

Here are some possibilities:
1 - Dillon Stiltner - Phelps
2 - Josh Prater - Allen Central

I know Pikeville, Johnson Central, Paintsville, and Lawrence County will have some new impact players with their programs. What about any others in the region?
