Running
#1
I was just wondering where you guys like to run at. I mean do you like to run outside and inside, and if inside, do you like to run a track or on a machine? And if you run outside, do you prefer it to be warm or cooler?

Myself, I like to run outside more. I also like it cooler, the perfect conditions would be between 45-50 on a clear day. If I have to run inside though I like to use a machine, Im not real sure why, I guess because I can simulate uphill grades.

I hate running, but sometimes when I get a notion, I'll hop on a treadmill and run for a whle.

Gotten a little into it the last couple of years. Try to run 2-3 miles every other day. Outside in spring, summer, fall, hate cold go inside on tread in winter.

Running....haha...yeah right

I dont mind to run, but I hate it when I'm forced to run if that makes any since. I dont mind running on my own at my own pace but when we are forced to do sprints and such, I hate that.

ive ran outside....i like it better. I ran XC most of the time. You have more oxygen outside and can breath longer. Indoors was always a hastle for me due to the limited space.

i agree Mario i love to run outside also around the spring time when it's about 65-70 is the best time for me i hate cold wheather b/c u get runners breathe where u can taste like blood kinda nasty i know
