I'm sure this list could go on and on...most coaches in the state probably wouldn't run up the score....and I'm sure all are GREAT guys too :thumb:

Just always those sour apples that do run up the score

And who would that be. I have never seen a team run up the score against us. But of course we were 44-8 in the 4 years of my sons HS career.Wink

David Lemaster was a class act at paintsville.

My coach over hear at sf is one. He was going to kick anyone of us off if we started a fight over at allen central around the time of the game. He is the greatest coach that i have played under in any sport.

Bill Mike Runyon is a class act. He was going to let us break the school record in last years Betsy Lane game, but decided not to because the coach at BL asked him not to.

Let's NOT discuss the bad ones :thumb:

i cant read this thread and not give a big thank you to the Pikeville coaching staff. And its not just recent either. There were years that Pikeville could have EASILY put up over 100 and more on my team, but called the dogs off after halftime, and many times, even before then. And after the game, the coaching staff always showed class, and gave words of encouragement to a staff trying to rebuild a program. But as far as class, my two thumbs up goes to Pikeville. And this isnt downing other schools, but as far as the teams WE play, its Pikeville.
