Priorities
#1
Growing up my parents always told me that if i want to be able to do extracurricular things i had to work for it... they always taught me
1.God (to study his word, and try to follow it)
2. Family (no matter what happens, your family will always be ther for you)
3. School ( if you don't make the grades then you can't play ball)
4. Sports ( This is for fun, so do the important things first)

and i have to say, i went away from this many many times in my life. But as I get older and get closer to starting my own family, well it comes back to ya.. and i have to say I hated it at the time, but now it makes sense.. (really cliche' i know)

What are some of your priorities?

Those were my priorities when I was in high school, my parents and coaches expressed them to me several times. Right now I would say God, family(most of my friends I am close to I consider family), school, and the wonderful relationship I am currently in. I don't play sports anymore so thats off the list.

The older you get the more you realize this CTD.

1 and only: Family.

By family, I don't mean biological, it's the ones you love and who is closest to you.

My mom always tried to teach me God, my family & friends, school

I feel like I've grown up so much in the past year - well in the past 6 months actually...it's just unreal how much you realize.

Definately Family above all others.

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself."
For me my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ above all else, then my wife, then my children, the rest of my family, then my friends ( which really goes with the rest of my family) then everything else. It took me along time to learn, but when I started putting God above all else, my entire life started to prosper. I fail at times, I guess we all do, but I try to live by it and hopefully die by it.
