Jenkins had 4-5 touchdown passes dropped, and there QB didnt see a man wide slap open downfield 3 times.

Jenkins offense is VERY bad. They have potential with some good players but the O.C. doesn't even deserve to be coaching a pee-wee offense.

Jenkins honestly isnt that bad this year.

Good offensive players at Jenkins may be average or below at other schools. It will take time for Jenkins to build a program as it has been down for most of the last 20 years. Jenkins has had more football coaches since 1984 then the old Whitesburg High School had in the history of its school. Keep your heads up Green as it will take a great deal of time. Hard work eventually pays off.

I agree Orange! Who ever was expecting a great turnaround is about two years too early. I will give them two more years to develop there feeder program, and then you should see the results. Anything good that is in between now and then is gravy for the Cavalier program.

I am not bagging JENKINS in any way shape or form. I used to attend Jenkins and loved every minute of it. I am bagging whoever coaches the offense. He couldn't understand that what looked to be his best receiver was open 30 yards down field numerous times and to tell his QB to look that way.I'm only saying that their offense is not going to win them a game.

Jenkins is very limited with low enrollment of students, I don't blame any coach, the problem is beyond them.

What is the problem then? I know the QB. He is good enough to beat phelps if he was given the right direction from his coach.

Okay, and yes #5 is there best receiver in my opinion also. He did miss him wide open around 4 times. The QB just needs to start looking both ways. Keep your heads up Jenkins.

Jenkins does not need to be upset with this. Wait till later on in the year when phelps turns out to be a pretty good class A team.

Mike Whitaker is right down the road but I'd say he's much too busy to clinic them on the passing game.:thatsfunn

Larry Maggard is the head coach and I'm 99% positive that he isn't in charge of the offense. I'm not sure who is but he doesn't need to be there. He was their O.C. last year and the only game they won was 6-0 on a busted play. Does that not tell you anything?

Its funny that we are talking about the OC when the defense gave up over 50 points a game last year.
