Not sure if you knew but Appalachian Wireless phones do not have sim cards, so I'm not sure if you can you someone else phone. Maybe BCF4L can comment on it since he works there.

Im really good with all phones, You can use them you just have to take them in and have them programmed, with your number and stuff.....they arent as easy as AT&T...lol...But with App they cannot owe a bill on the phone or anything like that...
