The 16th should be either Fairview or Elliott.

Fairview has better talent, but Elliott has been playing very good basketball this year. They are probably better than anyone outside of their fan base really thought they would be.

I'll go with Fairview, but would not be surprised if Elliott knocked them off.

Yes Valley is. It will be held at the East KY Expo Center. They open up with Allen Central. The school enrollment is the smallest it has ever been, just over 530 students.
