Can you cancel district games?

I always thought you couldnt cancel them but apparently you can?

All District Games must be played. if one gets cancelled then they reschedule.

yeah district games can be cancelled but they HAVE to be rescheduled and made up.

Why put lives in danger? Games of seeded districts play earlier in the year so that postponements can be made up later.

Yeah, not sure what this thread is about. Any game can be cancelled, all District games must be played. Thus, if a District game is cancelled, it must be made up 24 hours prior to seeding for the District tournament.

If you play one game then they don't count the other three game

If two district teams do not play before the district meeting, then each of those teams must take a win and a loss.

District games do not get canceled (only as a last resort).

They get postponed.

canceled/cancelled : to decide or announce that a planned event will not take place; call off: to cancel a meeting.

postponed : to put off to a later time; defer: He has postponed his departure until tomorrow.

There is a difference in the two.
