Kentucky left-handed pitcher James Paxton has opted to return to UK for his senior season, it was announced Tuesday. Paxton, a native of Ladner, British Columbia, was a supplemental first round draft pick (37th overall) in the 2009 MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.
