Shanahan or Gruden
#1
Which unemployed coach would you rather have coach your favorite team and what impact do you think there job status will have on coaches in the NFL and college?

Love to see Shanahan come to the Green of Bay. I've not been to happy with the coaches since Holmgram left. I would say if he (holmgram) had to do it all over again he would have stayed. I also don't think Shanahan would run our QB off.lol.
I can't wait to see how the addition of Cutler will affect the Bears, and maybe how favre will affect the Vikings. Should be one of the more intresting divisions.

I'd rather hire Coach Shanahan. Coach Gruden is good, but I just think since Coach Shanahan has more experience, he is the better coach.

I would definitely hire Shanahan.

Gruden period. Shanahan has had too many flops of late.

I look for Gruden to be a better fit in college where his uptempo style of coaching has less time to wear on players and Shanahan to be a highly saught after coach in the NFL possibly even midseason if a team with high expectations fails. Possibly Shanahan to Jacksonville or Carolina and Gruden to a school like Notre Dame or Miami after this season. Gruden has shown his uninterest in the recruiting process before as a G.A. at Tennessee but I believe he will end up running a combination of the spread and west coast at a college campus near you next year.

Gruden can't have 40 year old quarterbacks in college. Words can't describe how bad I hate that guy as a coach. Go Bucs.

Gruden.

I like the way he handles things. He likes to enforce discipline and plus he's still young in coaching years, so he still has many Super Bowls to contend for.

Shanahan. He has always been my favorite coach.

Gruden, I wish Oakland would have kept him.
