For just the fifth time in Kentucky high school football history, there was 3,000-yard rusher. And the thing was, he could've been better. Breathitt County (KY) running back Channing Fugate rolled over opponents for 3,052 yards and 36 touchdowns on 279 carries last season. He lead the Bobcats to the Class 3A state championship game, where they fell to Louisville Central.
