Owsley by 12.

The Owsley vs Powell game scheduled for Feb 3 was cancelled due to snow. When will the make-up game be? This will determine the #3 and #4 seed in the 56th District.

Owsley beat Powell by 1 point @ Powell in their first and only meeting this season. If Powell wins the second meeting by more than 1, then they should be the #3 seed.
