Officiating in your region

just curious about how the officiating is in the games you have watched this year?

Haven't noticed them, which must mean they are doing a good job in the 10th.

Have been to about 5 different regions to enjoy some hoops this year. The officials are different in everyone you go to, players just have to learn to adjust to what is and what isn't being called. That is what makes a good player and coach, when you can make adjustments during the game. But by far the best officiating has been in the 14th region. But I may be a little biased.

I'm not to fond of the 15th region's officiating.

Excellent point. I think here in the 15th, they aren't consistent. They let it get FAR too rough such as holding jerseys, elbows, pushing off, etc. but are quick to make calls when a girl has their feet planted, arms straight up, and what looks to be a pretty clean block from the stands. They really confuse me actually.

The 13th are the best I have seen so far this year... I'm not fond either of the 15th's.

15th region officiating is not consistent. It greatly changes from game to game. I think it could be a lot better.

Then they've sure made some vast improvements from past years. There's been many years that no other regions wanted to swap out with the 13th for regional tournaments.

I think that is why the 13th and 15th end up switching with each other for their Regions. No one wants either one, so they are made for each other. Big Grin
