This is a team he given. We may agree with the coaching change or not, but the fact is it happened, if M. Martin didn't take the job someone else would have.
Johnny M did a great job, but heard he just did not see eye to with the Sis hall. If you or I do a great job but can't get along with our boss, how long do you think we would keep our job?
I forgot to mention that this is NOT the team he was given. He was given a team with 3 returning starters. The team he has, is the team he created.

I agree with some of what you say.... but if I'm a thorn in my boss' side no matter what my production is he/she would get rid of me. Now I don't know what JohnnyM and Sis had problems with but it is evident they had problems. Now I thought Johnny was a good coach and know that the boys liked and played hard for him but, there must of been some tough problems with or between them (admin and coach).
Just a few years ago people were saying it is time for Johnny to go. You could count the win of two seasons on one hand.
Maybe M. Martin will turn things around maybe not but lets give him a chance and see what happens.
Not sure why the 3 starters quit, I think Prater had some personal issues.
It is going to be a long road to recovery though.
