That terrible conference, the ACC, must not be so bad after all. These are facts, not opinions. The Saragin ratings are a very credible, respectable source of information in the CFB world. I'm sure most of you will still contend the ACC is the worst conference in America, but at worst it is close to if not equal to the the rest, with the exception of the Big 12.
