This loss really hurts Cumberland chances of making the playoffs. That puts them at 0 and 3 in district play, with Williamsburg Pineville and Lynn Camp yet to play, their chances of making the playoffs are slim. Good win for Evarts, they are playing well right now, and Dustin Mefford is one of the best backs that noone knows about in the state. Lynn Camp will need to be ready if they want to beat Evarts next week.
