The taking....well...Pineville had nearly 10-1 penalty ratio against them in first half. Two touchdowns were called back! Flags were thrown late. Several times large gains were flagged back. One one of the TD's the "block in the back" that was called occurred behind the play and after the runner was in endzone. Should have been deadball foul....marked off on the kickoff...they took away the play! Pineville players and coaches were frustrated...later in game in front of Pineville bench....WV player slammed runner to ground really hard after whistle (he got a personal foul for it) and the player jumped up and pushed him. Another WV player shoved him and then a Pineville player came to his defense and knocked the WV player down...then the bench players joined the fray. It was not pretty and should not have happened. I believe it would have been the opposite if it had happened on the other side of field in from of WV bench. Two players from WV were ejected. Three Pineville players were ejected....truly hurting both teams for next week. I counted nine huddles by the officials after flags.....some were even waved off....drug on and on....crew was not in sync with each other....and they lost control of the game early on with the disparity in calls. It was ugly. Talked to some mild manner Pineville folks this a.m. including the radio announcer.....who were still talking about the situation. WV scored with 24 seconds to go in game. They said it was a long way to drive for a "fleecing!"
