- Raceland pulls away from Sheldon Clark to take sole possession of #5
- Ashland's recent success has them leapfrog Sheldon Clark for #6
- Hazard breaks tie with Breathitt to take sole possession of #10
- Knox Central makes a large points jump to tie Letcher at #12
- Southwestern is the highest ranked team to lose and slips from #13 to #18
- Middlesboro makes the biggest jump from #20 to #17
- Perry County Central is the only team to slip out of the EKY Top 20 this week and is replaced by #20 Harlan County
