Phelps 32 - South Floyd 30
#1
Phelps 34, SF 32. I think its time to finally ask that this defensive coach walk away, when this Phelps team hangs 34 on you, its time to find new hobbies. The defense at SF has struggled all year, the inability to adjust during the game or the stubbornness to do it "my" way has cost SF 3 games that were winnable. This group of kids are going to have a hard time finding the will to finish this season.

omg i am completley speechless...i didnt think that SF would lose to Phelps...well i feel sorry for this group of Seniors that have put so much into trying to be good....especially Kyle Howell Greg Mitchell and Tyler Mitchell who i know really well and this is just killing them...

Congrats to Coach Peck and the Hornets!!!!!

Listen people, sometimes a team just outplays you. No matter the tradition of a school - sometimes an upset happens and sometimes a team is just better than you on a given night. Don't feel sorry for the boys, obviously they didn't prepare well enough for Phelps. The coach can only do so much and hope the kids are self motivated to play the game.

Congrats to Phelps and Coach Peck.

I really didn't think that even SF would have trouble with Phelps. No disrespect to either, but Phelps has one of the weakest teams playing this year. SF should have won this one. I guess Phelps was just better prepared and ready to play than the Raiders. Congrats to the Phelps Hornets!

sf didnt show up to play the first half but came out alive the second half phelps only scored 12 after the first half if sf could have put together a whole game then the outcome would have been completely different

Should have,Could have, Would have been but WASN'T. The game is over, go back to practice and get better.

Congrats to Phelps for putting together a 4 quarter game

Congratulations to Jesse Peck, Matt Slone and the entire Hornet football family. I played college ball with Peck and Slone and Phelps should consider themselves lucky to have two young coaches as good as these two. Build on this and support them and good things will come.

WOW ! ! ! !Phelps won a game! ! ! ! ! ! !

It was a much better game by SF than the end results. But i do agree with the first post, the D coach needs to learn some new plays or get a better hobby. Keep your heads up Raiders get your D on and you can make some noise.
#25
Congrats Phelps

Wow I have never seen SF football in this shape since the merger of the beaver schools... It is sad for all the great fans in left beaver... I mean come on even AC has to be a two touchdown favorite!!

as an alumni this is a shock to me....not that phelps beat SF, congrats to the hornets but that the raiders wont put their pads on anyone, this is the first team i have ever saw at SF that wont hit you......SF has not always had the best teams but i bet the opposing teams were just as sore on saturdays as we were. It is not the coach's fault. he has been doing this way to long. In reality it is the players that have to make the plays and they are not getting the job done, so you guys need to stop blaming your coaches and start hitting people...make stops and get better, good luck rest of the season guys

It's definitely not the defensive coaches fault. Well said.
