I agree. I would love to see a game with Fairview. If not, maybe Wheelersburg Oh. I know that we typically play them in freshman/jv games. Why not Varsity?

Well its like letting the varsity play against the JFL teams! Rose Hill hasn't had time to Recruit the players yet. J/K LOL

I think this would be a great game for both teams. They were in the same district for years, but things were a little different at JC then.

We played them in 2000. My senior year. It was an awesome game to watch, since that was all I could do at the time. We got up big on them early, I wanna say we lead by 17-21 at sometime. Wheelersburg fought back hard though. Game tied with just a few seconds left, Matt Johnson made a spectacular catch, hurdled a defender and took it into the end zone for the win.

I would however, like to see Russell schedule a Lex or Louisville school.

It consisted of Ashland, Boyd County, Greenup County, Ironton, Portsmouth and Russell. It began in 1985 and lasted through 1991. It was a great conference.

Reclassification in Kentucky killed it. Scheduling became impossible.
