Baby steps...
1. Improve numbers
2. Establish an active weight and conditioning program
3. Invest resources into your feeder schools
4. Get the community involved (utilize the excitement of facility upgrades)

I Believe Jesse will have a lot harder time getting adjusted with Phelps then Brad will with ER. From what I hear from Brad ER has about 40 players lifting and then doing 7 on 7 scrimmaging. But congrats Jesse, I know you can get the job done!
