Magoffin Co. Lady Hornets move to 4-1 with a 13-4 victory over Betsy Layne.

Kelly Patrick pitched 5 strong innings that included 8 strike outs to pick up the win. Cassandra Salyer pitched the 6th and 7th and had 4 strike outs during her time on the mound.

Magoffin's hitting was very strong from top to bottom. Good team effort.

The Lady Hornets JV team improved to 5-0 on some very good batting of their own.

It seems the girls really bounce back after Saturday lost to Menifee. Good job to Varsity and JV, This bunch is really playing good ball this season no matter of all the coaching changes this season.
