Just seen where Cam Hayes transferred from Jenkins to Letcher. Did he play there before? One thing is for certain now… the couches are safe in Jenkins this season

Hayes was always a Letcher kid. He had a problem with last coach and transferred to Jenkins for a year.

That's a huge step up for a team that missed the regional last year. The region isn't very deep past Hazard and Perry though.

I agree. Of the 16 regions the 14th is probably the weakest.

With the addition of Hayes, successful surgery of Boggs, continued improvement from the Delaney brothers Letcher Central will be much improved. PCC and Hazard will be the favorites, but I expect LCC to be right there come March.

Hays is a great player but Don’t sleep on Powell County!!! They will be there too!
