How do you feel about the planned national data base that will include all available information on each American citizen?

I didn't like it then, and I believe that what they are planing to do is delving even further into people's private lives.

I'm used to it by now.  Shoot, just look up King Kong.  Shows tons of pics and videos.  From me rescuing Jane to mine and Godzillas epic battles! I'm everywhere  Cool Big Grin

Just goofing off there lol

In all seriousness, I don't want none of my info out there.  But some already is and has been for awhile.

Google yourself and see the information that comes up.  You can even find estimates of your net worth and yearly salary in place's.

I remember a time when you wanted to find someone you grabbed your phone book.  Now all that stuff is online.  Even people with private phone numbers, their info is online.

You can find most any place on Google earth.  If I'm not mistaken you can upgrade your experience by paying, on Google earth.  I know a few that's done this.

Anyway how that works is you can type in any address, and watch live footage of that place.  Idk much about it, that's just how it's been explained to me.  Seems like one heck of a invasion of privacy!!

I hope no one's watching me.  It's for their own good! If I'm working outside, and gotta take a leak, we'll I'm doing that outside!!  So user of that Google earth option, Beware!!

That option may only be for use on private property, for Google Earth.  Privately owned property again seems like a invasion of privacy.

And again, I'm not happy with any of my info being out there for the world to see.

OK watch this….. I’ll admit I don’t care for it much either from what I’ve read so far but I’ve also been very busy and am not as versed on it as I would like to be…… I don’t like Uncle Sam trying to keep tabs on me period though

I agree, it's mainly conjecture right now, but I don't like what I have heard so far.

They already have one, what is the issue?

I'm with SEKY and TD Hounds, we are going deeper and deeper into this devilish rabbit hole. Privacy doesn't exist and we're never going back. Only gonna get worse. And that's scary as hell in a crazy world.

Palantir was founded by Peter Thiel, who is also JD Vance's mentor.  Seems like we are just moving money around in the swamp.  Is Rand Paul the only one in Washington who understands Fiscal Responsibility?

Former White House strategist Steve Bannon acknowledged Sunday that if a Democratic administration were pursuing a data aggregation project like President Donald Trump’s administration has undertaken with Palantir, his show would open every day with it.

Since Trump took office, Palantir has received over $113 million in federal spending, not including a recent $795 million Department of Defense contract. Its Foundry platform, capable of organizing and analyzing massive datasets, is now used by at least four federal agencies, with more expected to follow.

CUT AND PASTE GUY IS BACK!!!!

You knew he would eventually blame the surveillance state on Republicans. Never made a peep about one penny spent under Biden. So ignorant and lazy, yet totally predictable...a 10 year-old has better reasoning skills.
