Any big names gonna announce there transfer today?

Jaden amburgey going to Letcher. Did Knott get a new AD? Would be odd to see the Ad son go play ball at the next county over.

I agree,   The only question is……. Will there be “The Decision” airing on D&D when this is announced much like LeBron going to South Beach.

This is a repost due to no answer earlier in the thread….

Did Prestonsburg play any state ranked teams or did they stay local.  Their record was bad and they are supposed to have this kid that is a great player.  Honest question… I have no idea who this kid is.  Just heard his name a couple times.  If they played a strong schedule/state ranked teams his numbers are impressive but if they stayed local… different story.

Think he would fit in with Boyd County?   Kevin Keathley does play by play with Darryl McCoy.

Prestonsburg was 13-15
They played Lawerence twice and lost both games
Hazard beat them 40 in the food city tournament.

I'd guess not proven.

I have never been so tired of anyone in sports as these people. Please God make it stop.

Imagine anyone thinking having a press conference from D&D basement will get you anything but laughed at.

Somebody has to have a screw loose.

I think their intentions are great and I think the exposure they give to small school athletes are great. BUT…..I think their obvious bias’ and sometimes lack of unprofessionalism (getting players names wrong, giving wrong stats, etc) really rub people the wrong way. They’ve aired a lot of ball games that I wouldn’t have been able to watch for many years so I do appreciate them.

Keathley is a really good basketball player. Wherever he decides to go he will most likely make them better.

I appreciate them too and follow them on Twitter. Didn't mean to appear a bit negative about them. My frustration is solely due to all the constant drama surrounding the kid. To be clear, I think D&D are excellent.

The 2025 KBAC schedule is out and Keathley team isn't playing this year in it.  They will be as many college coaches at this as any AAU event most KY kids will play in front of.  Why not schedule this for the kid if he is the next big thing.

To be clear, are your frustrations with kid who plays basketball or with the adults who will not leave him alone? Seems like it would be with adults who cannot stop obsessing over a a minor student athlete.

He single handly beat Lawrence in first round of district.    Was as good performance you will ever see.  Was absurd like 35/23 boards.   Crazy game he played.   Shutts hit some big shots that game but Braxton was amazing to watch as a general fan that night

D&D Sports is the most embarrassing thing to happen to sports coverage in our area. We are laughed at all over the state. The guy makes a living off of monthly sponsorships. He takes money to promote kids moving/transferring schools. And everyone is “d1” or “the best to ever play in the mountains.” Wish these guys would stay in WV.

There's too much pressure on young athletes to perform at a level they may not be ready for. I enjoy the game coverage, but I wish they'd focus less on the pressure to advance and more on the game itself.

I'm not a fan either. $75 per player to play in an allstar game is just crazy. There is some decent alternatives in our area. I enjoy WPRG.

You should never pay to play in an all-star game.  That is a camp or aka money grab. Who is doing this and what is the reason for justifying the money?

D&D and that Hype media company charged that. Plus parents to get in. I'm all for people earning a living, but wow.

Has Shelby valley got anymore players? Heard they was solid in summer ball. Would’ve liked to seen them get a true big
