I know he's a little wild, but he's one of the best available.....I'm hearing he may be heading to Corbin

I heard he was going to be coaching 5 different teams virtually! With his track record I have no doubt he will be able to call the offense during all 5 games.

Definitely a no brainer if you need the services of a guy that can sell a Ketchup Popsicle to a woman in white gloves kind of guy. Kids love him. Once saw him wrangle a buffalo and clip its wings with only a butter knife. Last I hear he is out of jail and looking to get back into Kentucky to coach.

Who the hell is Walt Love?

The only Walt I know with ties to Corbin was the great Walt Green. Walt was a helluva coach and a helluiva character. In 1960, Walt's Corbin team was undefeated and untied heading into the season finale against state power, Manuel, at Campbell Field.
Interesting story about the Manuel game. Walt was talking to his team in the locker room before the game when someone came in and handed coach a note. Green read it and appeared shaken. He dropped the note and immediately hurried out of the locker room without saying a word. Someone picked up the note, read it , and announced to the team that Coach Green's mother had passed away. Coach Green would not be on the sidelines for the Hounds that day in the biggest game of the year against the Louisville power.
The Hounds, motivated to win the big game for their coach, put a hurting on the highly regarded Manuel team 46-34. The thing is, however, Coach Green was there that day, not on the sidelines, but up in the press box. You see, he had contrived the whole story in order to motivate his kids. His mother had not died. It was all a ruse. And it worked. The Corbin kids knocked off Manuel , completing the 1960 season undefeated and untied at 11-0.
Btw, that undefeated 11-0 Corbin team was ranked #1 in the state for a time that season, and yet didn't even qualify for the playoffs , because an F'd up tatings system called the Dickinson System. And now you know the rest... of my Walt story !!!
Who the eff is Walt Love? Didn't he co-star with Stormy Daniels in her 2011 flick , "Love in an Elevator " ? Or maybe it was "Camp Cuddly Pines: Powertool Massacre ."

Walt will strike while the iron is hot. Heard he hitched a ride in a 1970's style Volkswagen Van from Savanah today and will be there for an interview tomorrow.

Actually, I've tried to forget about Walt for almost four decades. He slept with my fiance the night the Berlin wall came down. I can remember it like it was yesterday's news. Gorbachev tore down that wall and Walt... well, he went all Pink Floyd and put another brick in that wall...
