Wrestlemania 41
#1
Real curious to see what matches come about for Wrestlemania 41.
No surprise to see Jey choose Gunther. Now it will be interesting to see who comes out of Elimination Chamber to face Cody. I don't think it will be Punk because I think that is where the favor is going to come into play. They hinted at Breaker/AJ on Raw the other night. Wonder if that will be done at Elimination Chamber or held off until Wrestlemania. Plus Sami/KO I am sure will be at Wrestlemania.

Haven't watched Raw tonight (or Smackdown)... haven't really kept up a ton since the Rumble and probably won't until I skip through Elimination Chamber, but here are my thoughts:

Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn. Story tells itself and we've already seen the Cody-Owens payoff.

Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre. These two are left out and you could make it make sense. Don't think Priest has enough appeal to carry a fued on his own, and we've already had the payoff between Punk and Drew.

Jey Uso vs. Gunther. Maybe we see an angle where Punk or the Bloodline prevents it, but it seems pretty locked in right now.

Logan Paul vs. John Cena. Wrestling fans would probably be upset, but the media and casuals would eat it up. I can see Cena being such a company man that he'd agree to put Paul over if needed. If so, this one probably goes on as the match before the Main Event on night one.

Reigns vs. Rollins. This one makes tons of sense, going back to The Shield grudge. Rollins could work with a lot of different people, and Reigns could work with a few others too. I could also see Punk, and maybe even someone else, being added to this as well. If this one is a three-way, I'd expect some type of stipulation (you'd think Hell in a Cell, but I don't know that the Mania set-up in a stadium is conducive to that).

CM Punk vs. Cody Rhodes. It makes the most sense, though I could see a Cena/Punk working as well.

KO/Sami is set for Elimination Chamber. My guess, this will be the first of two. WOuldn't surprise me to see a HIAC match at mania between these two.
I think Jey beats Jey and then Fatu or Solo will come after Jey.
I'm not sure how Punk will get into the main event but he will. I don't think he will win the Chamber because I really feel his way to mania will come from the favor. A Punk/Cody/Cena 3 way maybe.
Rollins and Roman definitely seem to be inevitable.
