Betsy Layne travels to Prestonsburg.
Floyd Central travels to Lawrence Co.
BL made an incredible comeback against FC this past Friday but suffered a tough loss on the road at Paintsville last night. Bobcats are also back on the road tonight as they take on Morgan Co.
Prestonsburg has found their way back to .500 with back-to-back wins over Harlan & Belfry and will look to get over that mark as they host East Ridge tonight.
A battle of the two of the top scorers in the Region, and State with Keathley & Pente. Really all just depends on the supporting cast for Keathley on how this game goes, still think Betsy Layne wins relatively easy in this one.

Common theme for this Floyd Central team has been every time they seem to take a few steps forward, they take 3 more back. Started out 3-0 but 4-12 since then. Got a win at West Carter over the weekend, but got blown out at Carr Creek against Knott Central. Spriggs is back from injury, I'm sure they're glad to have their primary ball handler/play maker back, but it's going to take some time for him to get into game shape, especially since he came back from injury the first time, he didn't play very many games then.
Lawrence Co. has won 3 of their last 4, hung 101 points on Floyd Central just 2 weeks ago, then turned around and gave up 101 to Paintsville just last week, then defeated Prestonsburg by 20 back on Friday. They host a reeling Johnson Central team tonight. LC relies a lot on their guard play, not a whole lot of size, FC does have size & athleticism with Howard off the bench, then their wing players with Samons & Buck. If it turns into a running contest like last time, advantage LC. Even if it's a slow it down type game, still think LC wins either way, tough to get a W over in Louisa.
