This is a prediction thread. My prediction is that crooked crime boss Joe Biden will be the first US president to make use of pocket pardons.
Even if Biden pardons some family members and other accomplices before Donald Trump is sworn in tomorrow and discloses the pardons, he will sign additional pardons that will not be announced. Those pardons will then be disclosed only in the event that the recipients are charged with crimes committed before Biden leaves office.
Republicans should subpoena Biden and ask him about pocket pardons under oath. Otherwise, millions of dollars of taxpayer funds could be wasted investigating criminals who have already been pardoned for their crimes.

- The President can grant pardons for offenses against the United States
- The President cannot grant pardons in cases of impeachment
- The President can grant pardons at any time after the offense was committed
What the President can do with a pardon

- Grant a conditional pardon
- Commute a sentence
- Remit fines, penalties, and forfeitures
- Grant reprieves
- Grant amnesties
What the President cannot do with a pardon a state criminal offense, Grant a self-protective pardon, and Pardon someone held in civil contempt. "
Now Trump has already broken the law again by reinstating Tic Tok but shouldn't be no surprise to anyone he is a convicted felon.

Biden's preemptive pardon of his family is the equivalent of a guilty plea. So the most corrupt, least capable president in the history of this nation left office in disgrace. He should have left in chains.
