Why have I seen several rankings Pikeville top 5? What exact have they done to prove they deserve that?

Why have I seen several rankings Pikeville top 5? What exact have they done to prove they deserve that?

Everyone seems to have Lawrence up there and I think that’s a valid question of them.    They have a blowout home loss to Pikeville and good to road win at Betsy Layne.

So, is the kid who transferred to Phelps eligible now? I heard he was supposed to be suiting up against Pburg last week, but he didn't. 

As for PCC getting a Pikeville transfer, this is the first I've heard of that. But regardless if that's true or not, only time will tell if the Rash kid at Phelps will make a difference, and same for the Pike Central transfer, if it's true.

Rash is still not showing on Phelps roster but that’s just a click of a button when/if he is eligible.  As for the Pikeville kid, I’m not sure if he gets eligible unless he has a physical address change.  Who knows with the KHSAA.  the kids dad was not happy with Pikeville and could have been just mouthing off.  Only time will tell

It will be hard for any team to add someone at this point in the season. We are halfway through the season. Most teams have defined roles for their kids and it could affect team chemistry adding pieces this late. By adding another player this means he will be taking minutes from kids who have been on the team since day 1. Rash will help Phelps but anyone who has watched Phelps knows Stewart is the dude on that squad

Who knows about the rash kid at phelps, I think he would be great for them to take some of the pressure off of  stewart. As for the kid from pikeville, supposed to be Will Rowe, I know his dad pretty well and he has ties at PC so I could see it happening sooner than we think. I think he will be a good fit there.
