Final from Georgetown. A nice win for the Warhawks and it has really been a down year so far for the who fall to 0-4 now with the loss. They have played two really good teams but have lost to two teams they would normally defeat. It could be Oct. before they get their first win with having LCA and Boyle Co. in their next two games.

When you have an AD that doubles up as the team offensive coordinator, and undermine the HC’s decisions on the field. You will have problems. That program has sunk since he’s been with the program. They will be 0-6 when they reach district play.

One thing about Lexington Catholic though, they won't see any teams in the 3A playoffs like they have in their regular season until the final 4. They should know what to expect because they have played the best competition. I can't say anything negative when you stand in the ring with the top of each class.

You are correct with the competition come district play and 3A playoffs are not up to par as their non district games, BUT the key here is that they are losing key players to season ending injuries and missing few games here and there for nagging injuries. Also when you have morale issues between AD and coach(s) and players sees that, then I say they are in deep doo doo. Just saying and it’s what I SEE.

That is sad for one of the state's best programs for years. I knew something had to be up when they lost to Madison Central and Great Crossing.
