Does anyone out there collect or restore old console stereos?

I have one here at the house that I would be willing to give someone if they would be interested in fixing it. I believe that is it an old Motorola. It has the turntable and eight track. I can get better pictures if anyone wants it. All it is here is a place for my wife to put pictures.

Does that one have the top that hinges up to open? Those things are death traps. Parents had one when I was a kid. I cant count the times I smashed my fingers in that dang top trying to open it up, only to have it come crashing down on my fingertips. The lid musta weighed 500 lbs. itself.
