Honestly I would love to see a Corbin vs FD game this year. I have almost no doubt we’d lose even on a good day. Just want to see how far the gap is

A silly question, but could two teams, say Corbin and Pikeville , play a game like that to raise money for, say,  the impoverished kids in EKY?  I'm assuming the the KHSAA has rules on teams' games and that something like this couldn't take place. I've said for over a month now that Corbin and Pikeville were the best two teams in the state south of Lexington. I would donate $1,000 to a charity to be able to watch these two teams go at it again for a mythical state title. I'm sure many others would as well.  I'll bet tens of thousands of dollars could be raised for the needy.  Obviously, both teams are so much better than they were at the season's genesis. It would be a spectacle people would talk about for decades.

Great idea but 100% chance KHSAA would screw it up beyond all recognition.

Before we worry about the mythical ones, both teams better concentrate on Rd 3 first. You two can play Dungeons and Dragons whenever though so carry on
Hahaha

There are a bunch of heavy-hitters in Pikeville (I’m sure Corbin too not to mention Lexington and Louisville) that would ensure this post season “bowl game” would end up making more money for charity than even the UK scrimmage made in Pikeville.

Ditch the mythical championship narrative and just make it Corbin vs Pikeville and Trinity vs FD for bragging rights. Have it at Pikeville or Kroger or Papa John’s.
Would be talked about forever.

Nice to dream but would never happen.

I would float it to the guys who got Pikeville practice facility built. If anyone had a shot of making it happen it would be those guys. Million to one shot though.

And what’s wrong with D&D? I love my mystical elf.

-# 2 in the state ? Man I can’t say I’m more than proud of this team more than I already have Even though 98.234% of the posters will make this a laughing spectacle go ahead , it still looks Perdy right now !!! All you Corbin haters choke on that big red C. Lol I don’t believe we’ve ever been ranked this high. Crazy.

I agree it would never happen but we can always dream.  Corbin/Pikeville - Part Deux would be awesome! Sure would raise a lot of money!!!
