IPC switches course, bans Russian, Belarusian athletes from Winter Paralympic Games

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) announced on Wednesday that individuals from Belarus and Russia would compete as "neutral athletes" at the Winter Paralympics. On Thursday, the IPC reversed course.
