Handler was associated with old coach who is still lurking around program. Hearing new coach has nothing to do with him. Principal made decision to allow Bol and another kid back on team.

Does the "handler" live in the Belfry school district? (To make him eligible to play) Usually an international student will live with a host family. I'm not understanding why this person has so much control over this young man. Someone please explain.

He is not an exchange student which would live with host family. They do have a residence in the area. No one can answer what the link is but it’s obvious that handler keeps him close. Sad for the kid. Maybe when he gets to college he can cut ties
