Okla. St. prez rips OU for 'planning with SEC'

Oklahoma State president Kayse Shrum issued a blistering statement on Monday, saying Oklahoma's intentions to explore leaving the Big 12 are "strategic, deliberate and is the result of months of planning with the SEC."
