If you would like to tag or mention someone in a post then use the following code. Tagging a user will send them a My Alert Notification which will alert them that they have been mentioned in a thread. 

Code:

@"usernamehere"

For example if I wanted to tag the administrator spud6 I would use the following code.

Code:

@"spud6"

Tagged users will be formatted like the following within a post and receive a My Alert notification.

@Spud6


Additionally, you can also tag someone within the WYSIWYG editor by using the @ sign to launch the autocomplete username menu. The autocomplete drop-down will only show members that have been active within the last 7 days. If you wish to tag someone that hasn't been active in the last 7 days, you will need to manually type out their username.
