At the 99 district Julie scored 28 points, Courtney had 21 points and Devin chipped in 18 for the Phelps win.

The '95 Millard team should have contented more for the region title, imo. They had 5 shooters who you couldn't leave open. They had the Bartley twins. They could go 9 deep. Very good team.
