Biden won't have a thing to say about it. The real power brokers in DC will pick out their dream president and that will be his running mate. Why? Because should Uncle Joe win, all they have to do at some point down the road is have Joe declared mentally diminished, (and after all he is) and the dream candidate will simply waltz into the White House.

I don't know who Biden will choose as his running mate but I would bet the farm that he will select somebody smarter than himself. Probably a clean, articulate African American woman with great smelling hair.
