Simple answer, yes. You lose CAL and DeSales, who were both very strong last year, and replace them with Beechwood who is in a rebuild. At the top though I think you had about the same level of teams as you've traditionally had. LCA, Mayfield, and Somerset all had wins against top 10 teams in 4A. Unlike last year, where CAL was probably a top 5 team overall in the state, this year 2A was better than 1A but probably not as good as 3A. That's really all you can ask for out of 2A though.

I agree with that. 2A will be fun in 2020.
