Fleming has had a great season, but it seems strange that they are moving on to play in round 3 while Russell, a team who beat them by 50 points, is packing up their gear and getting out the basketballs.

How is that strange? Russell lost Fleming Co won that's how the game goes

It just seems like something is wrong with the playoff system when you're not watching the best remaining 8 teams at the end. It makes for some blowout games later in the playoffs like the one that is coming this week when Fleming goes to Bell. Russell could have competed with any of the remaining 3A teams.
