The wife and I are heading down that way tomorrow to get in 18 holes at Eagle Ridge. Does anyone have any suggestions for dining other than the normal fast food? Any specialty restaurants or mom and pops that you would recommend?

I live about 30 min. away, so I don't know the "hidden, secret" places to go, but if you like home-cooked styles of food I like Mama's. It's near the town of Louisa...they have a geat reuben sandwich. Which direction are you coming from? Where will you go through to get there. There's actually a nice restaurant in Inez if you're passing near there.
