Can't wait to get started, wish we could just skip districts and let all the teams play in the region. Hopefully one day that will happen!
14th Region is definitely the weakest it has ever been and you couldn't put an all star team together and win a game at Rupp.
That being said, we will have a great Regional tourney. Out of these teams, any of them could win it:
1. Knott
2. Perry
3. Hazard
4. Breathitt
Out of these teams, one of them could upset one of the big 4, just don't think they can put the 3 games together and win the whole thing:
5. Letcher (chance to not be in region)
6. Cordia (chance to not be in region)
7. Wolfe
Two of these teams will be the last 2 teams in the region and be happy to be there:
8. Estill, Powell, Owsley
Looking forward to a great tourney, good luck to all the teams in their districts.

Bolz, the furniture truck just delivered a freakin load of couches to Mortys about 30 minutes ago. CT said he would supply the lighters, SMH...... Wez going to burn some freakin couches all night long bolz after Big Bizness cuts them nets down.

Powell has been a different team under new coach blake williams, and is the big sleeper in the tourney. Playing at home they have a major advantage. Believe what you want, but being led by underated seniors Bryce merion and Dashaun Williams they have a shot at winning the championship.

A different team, they are the same team. They have just had a light schedule.

Powell has about a 1% chance of winning the region, in my humble opinion. Itâs very difficult to win three straight games in that tournament. However, with that said this would be the year to do it because this is the weakest Iâve seen this region in many, many years!
The 14th drew one of the Louisville area regions so whoever is fortunate enough to win the championship will have to face a heavy duty challenger. Could be one of those 30-40 point beat downs. I hope not because Iâm as huge a 14th region fan as there is, but facts are facts. In most years the other 15 regions are hoping to draw the 14th in the first round.

With the way they shoot the 3 ball, they could get hot and beat one of them, but not all 3. I don't think Powell could beat any of the 4, that is why I didn't include them. :igiveup:
