I think when we speak of playing brain dead, and being boring, and will still win 48-10, that speaks to the fact that we are better than we have been in a long while. Don’t forget how we struggled with EKU and Austin Peay in recent seasons. Today was sort of predictable sandwiched between Florida and Mississippi State. Next Saturday night is when it gets real.

I agree, this game was a good post-Florida & pre-Miss. St. buffer.

Stoops must have peeled the paint off the walls during half time. That type of first half will get us beat in SEC play.

This was a trap game. Very hard to motivate for an undermanned opponent esp after a huge win, but they got the work done. Huge game next week as #15 Mississippi State rolls into Lexington for a night game at Kroger.

I worry about our FG kicker. He looks like 45 is his max that he feels comfortable with and over the years when we have beat Miss St the kicker has been Huge.
