Is soccer hurting football?

From what I can see at Russell the answer is NO!

My opinion is no. Where I went to school the kids who were never going to play football in the first place were the ones who started playing soccer.

The only cross over we have at Russell are the kickers and we have had a few good ones in the last 4-5 years.

Yeah, that's true, we did start integrating soccer players as our kickers.
