Harmon Ruled Ineligible at Marshall Co
#1
Harmon ruled ineligible after transferring from Adair. Third high in 3 years. Father is traveling nurse and made statement to newspaper that main reason they transferring was for basketball and he listed schools they were considering and said he could move anywhere because of his job. I am sure they will appeal but will be interesting to see how this all plays out. I would estimate that 95% are approved at appeal level. More to come I am sure.

He messed up. He should have transferred to a school in the 14th region, where he would have been guaranteed eligibility. This region is like a revolving door.

This will probably get approved. No way the KHSAA denies this after what Marshall County went through earlier this year.

Don't fret people he will be eligible.

4 schools in 4 years. More traveled than Marco Polo.

He will be ruled eligible, Dad's Job and a Change of Address will be enough.

Apparently he was still denied after the appeal process. His dad saying that Harmon was moving for athletic purposes didn't help...
