Don't be so sure.
A head assistant at UK looks alot better on a resume than a head coach at an entry level D1.

No freaking way, that's a ridiculous comment. Why would Anthony Grant leave to go to VCU? Why would so many assistants at top programs leave to take over lower schools.
I'm sorry, I respect your knowledge but you're so far off base here it's not even funny. It just doesn't work that way.
