Estill County travels to Somerset to open the season against the Briar Jumpers on Tuesday November 28th. Estill County had to come from behind last season to defeat Somerset 52-47.

Both teams return nearly everyone from last season.

Have to go with Estill on this one 68-58. Estill has the better guard play which will be the difference.

Somerset's heart doesn't match their talent in basketball. Basketball is just an activity to do between football and baseball season. Its been that way since Shawn Thacker left. But it is in the rabbit hole so I predict Sset pulls off the upset 66 -62
